It was at Rua de Cedofeita, more specifically at number 269, that Mina Anjos and Eunice Sobral gave birth to Pátio d´as Marias.
This space is assumed as a fine grocery store inspired by the Portuguese grocery stores of the twentieth century, with the ambition of becoming one of the most emblematic of the city of Porto.

Mercearia das Flores was founded in 2012, as a result of its desire to make known and publicize a careful selection of Portuguese products.
With preference for products from small regional and / or organic producers, it offers the visitor canned goods, cheeses, cold cuts, olive oils and wines, including honey and convent sweets, Broa d’Avintes and artisan bread that comes from Trás-os-Montes. It is an unpretentious place, without luxuries, where the important thing is the product, its aroma, its texture and its taste.
