Livaria Almedina (bookstore) was established in Porto in the early 80’s, at the suggestion of its clients who had studied in Coimbra and recognized this bookstore as a mandatory space for the purchase of their books. Located at Rua de Ceuta, in the middle of a historic Porto bookstore district, Almedina serves a wide audience, from professionals interested in legal, technical and scientific books to lovers of literature in general. It is therefore a bookstore specialized in the legal and technical book, while offering its consumers the latest novelties of fiction and non-fiction and even books for the little ones.

Preenche Vazios (‘filling voids’) is a tiling workshop where the client can order custom panels, with patterns and phrases to his/her liking, as well as merchandising. It was born with the intention of filling the empty spaces on the façades of houses and buildings in the cities. The project intends to draw attention to the small details that surround us daily, and surprise passers-by with something they were not used to seeing during their journey, assigning small messages from Portuguese poets. Much more than an artistic intervention, the project intends to draw attention to the need to preserve the Portuguese tile heritage which has suffered a progressive loss of tiles in recent years.

Embaixada do Porto is a multipurpose space in downtown Porto that privileges the analog. It has been in existence since 2013 and its mission is to be the go-to for lovers of photography, music and retro and vintage style. Downstairs you will find a store dedicated to analog and instant photography and music: Polaroids, photographic rolls, turntables, vinyls. On the first floor, with ripped windows over the square and Carmo Church, is the Embaixada’s Bar, which is a café during the day and a bar at night. There are different styles of music every day of the week, and you can drink a mojito or piña colada, or eat a salad or a Nutella pancake. On Saturdays there are Photography Workshops.
