Humana is a non-profit association that promotes the reuse of used clothing through its second hand fashion stores. Since 1998, he has been working on environmental protection through textile reuse and conducting both development cooperation programs in Mozambique and Guinea-Bissau and local support in Portugal. It seeks to make the most of textile waste by collecting, through a network of containers, textile donations from citizens and preparing them for reuse. The goal is to give clothing a second life and favor the circular economy model. Through reuse, a waste is transformed into a resource.

Premier is a chain of adult clothing stores that currently has several establishments throughout the city of Porto. At the customer’s disposal, this space places various brands of clothing for different tastes, always with the quality of the products as the central point of its offer. The quality that characterizes its products is combined with a personalized and careful service, always available to advise the customer on any need. These are the two fundamental pillars that make Premier a must visit store.

The idea of creating the Araucana came up during a summer holiday in Bali. The owner was an industrial director with a life in constant fast mode. It was there that she decided to completely readjust her course and dedicate herself to slow fashion, where beauty can be enjoyed with tranquillity and the contribution to a more sustainable world can be a goal. Here you can find slow fashion collections, pieces from national and international designers, with small collections that carry values of environmental and social sustainability. In addition to quality and distinctive products, you will find a calm service environment and a philosophy of preservation of both the environment and its elegance and uniqueness.

Chiadu Terrace is a hippie-chic and boho-chic women’s clothing store, with pieces for all tastes, capable of giving that special touch to any look. In addition to clothing and footwear, it also has accessories such as hats, jewelry, sunglasses and wallets. The decor of the store reflects an eclectic, yet more Spanish-oriented trend and interpreted the hippie counterculture of the 1960s. Here, and since October 2015, you’ll find well-known brands such as Xuz, Nekanne, Deby Debo, among others, but also Indian-made or private label garments made by hand. You can shop in store but also have online store.
