Museu das Marionetas is an author museum, centered on the work of João Paulo Seara Cardoso (1956-2010), director and artistic director of the Porto Puppet Theater. This is a memory space and future, in constant update. The opening of the Museum in 2013 marked the 25th anniversary of the Company. Puppets, props and emblematic objects used in the Company's shows, as well as some of its stories, are exhibited and shared here. Museu das Marionetas also has a shop where various objects are available for sale, such as the puppets, brochures, catalogs and merchandising of the museum itself.
