The desire to make slow fermentation bread and vegan products was combined with the desire to pay homage to the entrepreneurial grandmother and homemade "baker". Here we see the return to the taste of bread the old-fashioned way, with mother dough, and pastry free of dairy substances or animal origin. All products are made with national flours, ground into stone millstones, preserving the quality of nutrients of whole grains.
