Vista Alegre – Clérigos

Entering a Vista Alegre shop is also visiting part of the Portuguese heritage. Founded in 1824, the Fábrica de Porcelana da Vista Alegre was the first industrial unit dedicated to porcelain production in Portugal. From the outskirts of Ílhavo, it quickly gained national recognition, especially by the royal house. The brand never lost its identity, but also never lost its power of adaptation, following throughout its history the different artistic currents. At Vista Alegre you will find tableware, decorative, giftware and hotelware, high quality glass and crystal, and also stainless steel cutlery 18/10. They make wedding lists and customise products, among others.

Table and decorative products in porcelain, crystal, glass and stoneware.

He worked in his atelier for four years and decided to venture out on his own, opening the first shop in Bairro Alto, the Obelisco. In 1976, he opened a shop in Porto, a city that still welcomes him today. Pedro Guimarães is one of the most renowned interior designers and this shop reveals some details of his philosophy.
