According to Café D. Duarte, this is the ideal space to regain strength. Just pop in and enjoy your selection of snacks and drinks. Every time you visit Café D. Duarte you will find comforting coffee and light meals. It also has exterior space, particularly pleasant with warm weather. You can choose from a variety of traditional and Portuguese dishes, local dishes or regional dishes. You can also try the tapas dishes, or its fruit, or even the various bakery products and cakes. To the attention of food bloggers: taking pictures and posting them on Instagram has never been so simple, as it has free Wi-Fi. There is also a take-away service.

The mythical Café Corcel, born in 1967 in the Pinheiro Manso area, has recently reopened with a new life. The space is more beautiful and luminous, modernised, but containing some traditional touches, and its shop window reflects this, where we find an exhibition with a lot of conventual sweets. This is the star of this space, the confectionery, and we are not talking about the conventional cakes, known to all pastries in Porto, but rather about conventual confectionery: egg chestnuts, egg cones, almond delights, Tentúgal pastries. There are also homemade pizzas, salads and carpaccios, if you want a light meal and a DJ at the weekend, to enjoy while drinking a cocktail.

The Hand Go opened in 2015 as a grab and go space, to pick up and take away. In a city that is becoming more and more crowded and where people increasingly run from one place to another, this establishment fits into this daily rhythm. It is to enter, ask and leave. The worst that can happen is to have to stop and savour it. That and having to choose. There is a running counter in the shop, where the pizzas of the day are displayed, healthy and served by slice, but there are also healthier options, such as vegetarian crepes, sweets or savouries, fresh salads, with Cesar, Pesto and Vegan versions, pancakes, fruit salads and natural juices to accompany. Hand Go does not want you to lose sight of it, but it also does not want you to forget to eat.

Tempura-me – Gastronomic Shop is the latest project by Isabel Canhola, owner of Tapabento S. Bento, a mix of gastronomic shop and restaurant. The menu consists of snacks to take and eat wherever you feel like and the gastronomic shop promotes a variety of products that you can enjoy in the comfort of your home. They bet on the elaboration of creative and quality food, with focus on taste, to take and deliver, with various rice dishes, such as fried rice, which can be vegetarian or chicken, among other options, and products such as cheese, jam, wine, olive oil, honey, teas, biscuits, preserves, olives and ice cream; these are some of the products you can buy to take home.
