Contrary to what one might think, there is no relationship between Café Porto Santo and the island of the archipelago of Madeira with the same name. In this case “Porto Santo” is the junction between the city of Porto and the owners’ roots, the Brazilian state of Espírito Santo. It operates as a bar from midnight and its extended hours allow visits until late hours, especially on weekends.

We highlight the “Francesinha” in puff pastry, a variation of the traditional Francesinha, an original recipe of the house, which attracts many of its customers.
