The flavors of Hawaii are in Porto. FixeBowl is specialized in the “poke bowl”, a dish that has Hawaiian origin and Japanese inspiration, with raw fish, sushi rice, seeds and vegetables in the mix. In a typical Hawaiian environment, all that is missing is the smell of the beach. Among the “poke bowls” there is a choice between eight combinations, created by Pauline and Amanda, the owners, with oriental, Brazilian and Australian influences. The Tropical bowl is the most popular choice, made with a sushi rice base, with salmon, ginger, cucumber, carrot, red onion, leek, mango, tobiko (flying fish eggs) and sesame sauce. You can always make your own “poke”.

With a menu specialised in traditional Portuguese cuisine, it has local and regional dishes. There are meat dishes, like chicken on the barbecue, mixed barbecue, spare ribs, rabbit on the hot coals, black pork kebabs, ‘rojões’ (diced pork meat) in the house style, veal cutlet à la Dom Brasas, among others, fish dishes, with variations of cod, octopus, salmon, squid, salads, its version of the famous Francesinha, soups for all tastes and typical Portuguese desserts.

Confeitaria Império, whose foundation dates back to 1943, is one of the oldest and most charismatic patisseries in the city of Porto. It still has the tea room where the ladies used to drink port wine in teapots and the tea was served in trays, a tradition that was resumed due to the great demand for this way of serving tea.
The patties, available here in countless varieties, are also considered one of the biggest attractions of this house.
Also available to the customer are daily dishes and homemade sweets.
