Founded in the distant year 1865, Antiga Tabacaria Veludo is a tobacco shop located at Rua do Bonfim.
With more than 150 years of experience, its main objective is to serve its customers with maximum efficiency, responding to their requests through fast and quality service.

Founded in 1829 and owned by the same family for 5 generations, Araújo & Sobrinho started its activity as a paper warehouse. It is currently one of the oldest stationery shops in the world and certainly the oldest stationery shop in Porto.

On November 18, 1783, Queen D. Maria I awarded the Holy House of Mercy of Lisbon a Lottery. In March 1840, Pedro José Pereira Campião, a merchant in Lisbon, founded the Campião exchange office, which sold the National Lottery tickets. Mr. Campião left the business to his employee and, in partnership with his brother, Vicente Carlos Dias, created the firm Campião & Cia., Sucs.
