In order to give more visibility to these products, they decided to open, in 2017, Cerca Velha, a space for snacking, tasting and socialising. The “bifanas à Cerca Velha”, which are black pork steaks in a special sauce, served in exclusive bread, as well as the Iberian sausage planks and the generous list of Port and Douro wines from small producers, are worth mentioning.
