The flavors of Hawaii are in Porto. FixeBowl is specialized in the “poke bowl”, a dish that has Hawaiian origin and Japanese inspiration, with raw fish, sushi rice, seeds and vegetables in the mix. In a typical Hawaiian environment, all that is missing is the smell of the beach. Among the "poke bowls" there is a choice between eight combinations, created by Pauline and Amanda, the owners, with oriental, Brazilian and Australian influences. The Tropical bowl is the most popular choice, made with a sushi rice base, with salmon, ginger, cucumber, carrot, red onion, leek, mango, tobiko (flying fish eggs) and sesame sauce. You can always make your own "poke".
